1. Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via WhatsApp or email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days (depending on your location).

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier peak seasons or weather conditions.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp or Email containing your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Delivery Issues & Risk of Loss

  • Bosphyn Store is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs.

  • The risk of loss and title for all items purchased pass to you once we deliver the package to the carrier.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please record an unboxing video and contact us immediately.

5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order.

6. Returns & Shipping Costs

  • As noted in our Refund Policy, original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective.
